It's best prepared as an espresso, though we also recommend it with a dash of milk to bring out a balanced, almost milk chocolate harmony.

Up to 1,900 mm of precipitation can fall annually, which, combined with the sunshine, promotes the production of coffees with a special taste. The light, citrusy and sweet flavour characteristic of this regional bourbon is captured here, alongside a strong body and finish.
