The Bourbon varietal, widely grown across the Americas, is known for its balanced profile, making it a natural fit for our Foundation genre. However, El Mirador Bourbon departs from this typical profile. It has an expressive character marked by a fruity acidity reminiscent of some Kenyan coffees. Given this distinct profile and the small lot size of just 15 bags, we felt it was a great fit for our Rare genre.
